What is single-ply roofing?

- Single-ply roofs have far fewer seams than asphalt rolled roof systems and do not require dangerous torches or hot asphalt for installation.

- Typical commercial construction involves a low-slope roof. Our single-ply roofing is designed to allow water to pool without leaking and causing damage.
- These boards can also be purchased with an engineered pitch on the top side and flat bottom. This makes it possible to transform a flat roof into one with a pitch, which will assist with water management
- We offer a No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty through our manufacturers when installing these roofs. We are certified with GAF and Mule Hide for single ply installation.
